“A REAL FAN ”

For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come. Matthew 4:8

 

 

Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way as to get the prize.  Everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training.....Therefore I do not run like a man running aimlessly; I do not fight like a man beating the air. 1 Corinthian 9 :24-26

 

.because we are not wrestling with blood and flesh. Ephesians. 6:12

 

Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles, and let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us. Hebrews. 12:1

 

 

“ARE YOU A REAL FAN OF THE LORD”?

 

 

1.  A  real fan  IS NEVER LATE FOR SERVICE.

I rejoiced with those who said to me,  "Let us go to the house of the LORD." Psalm 122:1

 

2. A real fan IS TOTALLY FOCUS ON GOD IN SERVICE.

He read it aloud from daybreak till noon (six hours) .... And all the people listened attentively to the Book of the Law.  Nehemiah  . 8:3

 

3.  A real fan NEVER LEAVES SERVICES EARLY.

 

Paul spoke to the people and, because he intended to leave the next day, kept on talking until midnight. (12 hours) Acts 20:7

 

4.   A real fan WANTS TO SIT ON FRONT PEW OR CLOSE AS CAN .

They replied, "Let one of us sit at your right and the other at your left in your glory." Mark 10:37

 

5. A real fan NEVER OR VERY SELDOM MISS SERVICES.

Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. Acts 2:46

 

 

6. A real fan DOESN’T MIND GIVING FINANCIALLY TO GOD’S WORK.

 

Therefore we ought to support pastors, that we may be fellow workers with the truth. 3 John 8

 

Out of the most severe trial, their overflowing joy and their extreme poverty welled up in rich generosity.   For I testify that they gave as much as they were able, and even beyond their ability. Entirely on their own,   they urgently pleaded with us for the privilege of sharing in this service to the saints.              2 Corinthians. 8:2-4

 

7.  A real fan STUDIES AND UNDERSTANDS SCRIPTURE.

Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. 2 Timothy. 2:15

 

Your word I have hidden in my heart,  That I might not sin against You!     Psalm 119:11

 

"You search the Scriptures, for in them you think you have eternal life; and these are they which testify of Me.  John 5:39

 

8.   A real fan is not ashamed to SHOUTS PRAISES to the LORD  because Christ is victorious.

 

having canceled out the certificate of debt consisting of decrees against us and which was hostile to us; and He has taken it out of the way, having nailed it to the cross.  When He had disarmed the rulers and authorities, He made a public display of them, having triumphed over them through Him. Colossians 2:14,15

 

For He must reign until He has put all His enemies under His feet, the last enemy that will be abolished is death. 1 Corinthians 15:25,26

 

Praise God in his sanctuary;  praise him in his mighty heavens.  Praise him for his acts of power;  praise him for his surpassing greatness.  Praise him with the sounding of the trumpet,  praise him with the harp and lyre,  praise him with tambourine and dancing,  praise him with the strings and flute,  praise him with the clash of cymbals,  praise him with resounding cymbals.  Let everything the has breath PRAISE THE LORD.  Psalm 150

 

VICTORY PARADE: And most of the multitude spread their garments in the road, and others were cutting branches from the trees, and spreading them in the road.  And the multitudes going before Him, and those who followed after were crying out, saying,  "Hosanna to the Son of David; Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord; Hosanna in the highest!"  And when He had entered Jerusalem, all the city was stirred, saying, "Who is this?"  And the multitudes were saying, "This is the prophet Jesus, from Nazareth in Galilee."     Matthew 21:8-11
