Then Samson prayed to the LORD, "O Sovereign LORD, remember me. O God, please strengthen me just once more, and let me with one blow get revenge on the Philistines for my two eyes..  Judges 16:28

This is what the Sovereign LORD says to these bones: I will make breath enter you, and you will come to life.; I will put breath in you, and you will come to life. Ezekiel 37:5

2. Confess your sins vehemently  .

"So I said, `I have been expelled from Your sight.  Nevertheless I will look again toward Your holy temple.  Jonah 2:4

Then David said to Nathan, "I have sinned against the LORD." ; For I know my transgressions,  and my sin is always before me.  Against you, you only, have I sinned.  2 Samuel 12:13; Psalm 51:4

But the tax collector stood at a distance. He would not even look up to heaven, but beat his breast and said, `God, have mercy on me, a sinner.' Luke 18:13

I have been reminded of your sincere faith, which first lived in your grandmother Lois and in your mother Eunice and, I am persuaded, now lives in you also. 1 Timothy 1:5

4. Recommit you vow to the Lord.

But I, with a song of thanksgiving,  will sacrifice to you.  What I have vowed I will make good. Jonah 2:7

When you make a vow to God, do not delay in fulfilling it. He has no pleasure in fools; fulfill your vow.  It is better not to vow than to make a vow and not fulfill it. Ecclesiastes 5:4,5

If you make a vow to the LORD your God, do not be slow to pay it, for the LORD your God will certainly demand it of you and you will be guilty of sin.  But if you refrain from making a vow, you will not be guilty.  Whatever your lips utter you must be sure to do, because you made your vow freely to the LORD your God with your own mouth. Deuteronomy 23:21-24
