TO ENJOY PROSPERITY AND BE SUCCESSFUL
1. One must be willing to
SHARE
and
WITNESS
(talk) about the greatness of the
LORD.
Do not let this Book of the Law depart from your mouth.
Joshua 1:8a
These commandments that I give you today are to be upon your hearts.
Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and
when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.
Tie them as symbols on your hands and bind them on your foreheads.
Write them on the doorframes of your houses and on your gates.
Then the LORD your God will bring you into the land he swore to your
fathers, to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, to give you--a land with large,
flourishing cities you did not build,
houses filled with all kinds of good things you did not provide, wells
you did not dig, and vineyards and olive groves you did not plant--then when you
eat and are satisfied,

Serve wholeheartedly, as if you were serving the Lord, not men,
because you know that the Lord will reward everyone for whatever good he
does, whether he is slave or free.

Then Philip opened his mouth, and beginning from this Scripture he preached
Jesus to him.

Be diligent to present yourself approved to God as a workman who does not need
to be ashamed, accurately handling the word of truth.
But avoid worldly and empty chatter.

2. One
must
MEDITATE
(think) on GOD’S WORD day and night.
Do not let this Book of the Law depart from your mouth;
meditate
on it day and night.

planted by streams of water, which
yields its fruit in season and

(do) the commands of God.
