Over the years we meet people
From all sorts of life,
From different places with different cultures 
We all are going to experience this

People come into our lives
Affect it some way or another
Sometimes good, sometimes bad
And we move on

Some are meant to be part of our lives
Whether temporarily or permanent
To help us during our growth  
Some we keep in too long and others we don't keep in long enough

We are shaped from what we come in contact with
And over a period of time, our lives will show it
The truth is we may not always be aware
Until we make contact with God, but many don't make that contact

If a question was asked at random
Who do you consider to have made the greatest impact on your life?
Some of us would say parents
And others may say people we met over the years

Throughout our whole life people will come
Some you may get to know, but keep at a distance
But others you keep close around
We expect this and except it

Because so many doesn't make that contact with God
Their lives are continually moving in a direction
Not knowing who they will meet
Or are in a relationship that makes them question their sanity 

In today's society, we don't know what we are getting
So we take chances
But if we must be in a relationship because our friends are
Why not choose the one who knows you best, GOD!!!
